Common questions

Where do I get my username and password?

Your login comes from the provider who sold you the service. Contact them if you have not received it or forgot it.

The app says my account has expired.

Ask your provider to renew your account. You do not need to reinstall the app.

I changed my device and cannot sign in.

Your provider can reset your devices from their dashboard, then sign in again.

Which connection should I use, WireGuard or OpenVPN?

WireGuard is the default and usually the fastest. If it does not connect on your network, open Settings, tap Connection Protocol and choose OpenVPN.

How do I update the app?

The app tells you when a new version is ready. You can also download the latest version from this page at any time - your login stays the same.
